What is the difference between an itinerary and an actual reservation?
An itinerary organises the plan you enter. A supplier creates an actual reservation in its booking system with a reference and expiry. Neither is an issued boarding ticket.
Can a planning document prove a booking?
No. The document identifies itself as a plan. If a verifiable reservation is required, review the requirements and choose the actual reservation service.
Does PNR conversion verify that a reservation is active?
No. It parses your text and preserves the recorded status. The record may be outdated; check live status with the airline or supplier.
Can I change names after paying?
Check names before payment. A supplier reservation may require a new action to amend it. Contact support through your order to discuss changes.
Does an accommodation plan book a hotel?
No. It is a planning document and does not reserve a room or create a confirmation number. Use the hotel's original confirmation when booking evidence is required.
How do I receive documents?
Download them from your account after processing. RIHALI sends email updates and WhatsApp attachments if you select that channel and it is connected.
Does Business renew automatically?
No. The subscription lasts 30 days and renews manually. We do not store card details or charge automatic renewals.
Can I download my document from my account?
Yes. Review the preview in your order, then approve and download the document from your account.
