Data needed for your order
We process email, traveller names and travel details to prepare your service. Passport, nationality and birth details are optional and included in the document if entered. Traveller details are not sent to the price search engine. The document is delivered by email and WhatsApp according to your choices. RIHALI does not collect card numbers or security codes on its servers.
Where does the data go?
Payment details go directly to Moyasar. The email provider sends messages and attachments; WhatsApp may send documents to your chosen number. Actual reservations share necessary details with the contracted supplier.
Storage and protection
Order details, message content and WhatsApp session keys are encrypted in the database. Raw PNR text is not retained; reviewed order details are saved. Sessions use protected cookies without traveller data.
Retention and your rights
Before launch, the operator sets retention periods according to its legal obligations. Contact support to correct data, delete data not legally required, or stop WhatsApp updates. Order notification consent is not marketing consent.
External services
Payments, email, reservations and WhatsApp follow their providers' terms and policies. The operator reviews processing locations, transfers and agreements before launch.
