Itineraries and accommodation plans are planning documents and do not create bookings. PNR conversion displays submitted text without live verification. Supplier reservations have an expiry and are not issued travel tickets.
Accurate details
Review names, airports and dates before payment. The platform displays the service total and applicable tax.
Processing and notifications
Processing starts after server-side payment verification. Plans are generated automatically; reservations depend on the supplier. External outages may delay messages. Track status and download in your account.
Refunds
If the service cannot be provided, operations reviews the refundable amount based on the service and progress. Supplier reservations follow terms shown before sale. Approved refunds return to the original payment method after gateway confirmation; timing depends on the bank.
Business subscription
30 days with manual renewal. Includes documents and conversion, excluding actual reservations. The account shares 3,000 successful API conversions per UTC calendar month across its keys.
Responsible use
Do not present a planning document as a confirmed reservation or enter data you are not entitled to use. The document states its type. Operator details, supplier terms, retention and support channels must be completed before live payments.
